- Take a kadai, heat it, add ghee, mustard seeds, hing powder and curry leaves. Add ¾th part of crushed pepper garlic to it and fry a little.
- Add the tamarind extract to the kadai, 2 cups od water and add turmeric powder to it. Add required amount of salt to the dish.Keep the flame low.
- After a couple of minutes, add the remaining crushed pepper garlic. Bring to boil.
- Once it boils, mix well and switch off the stove. (Do not boil for long time as it may turn bitter)
- Pepper garlic instant rasam is done and ready to be served with hot rice!
