  4. Add the tamarind extract to the kadai, 2 cups od water and add turmeric powder to it. Add required amount of salt to the dish.Keep the flame low.
  5. After a couple of minutes, add the remaining crushed pepper garlic. Bring to boil.
  6. Once it boils, mix well and switch off the stove. (Do not boil for long time as it may turn bitter)
  7. Pepper garlic instant rasam is done and ready to be served with hot rice!
