- Now, we will make a sugar syrup in pan. Add sugar in a pan and add water in the pan. sugar has melted in the water and we need two thread syrup. Sugar syrup is ready and add roasted gram flour.Add roasted and blend the makhana. Add Roasted and blend the peanuts.
- Flame is kept to minimum and mix gram flour, makhana, peanuts. Cook for 3-5 minutes on medium flame. The mixture has become quit thick. Cook it till it forms one lump in the centre.
- Grease the plate with pure ghee and place the gram flour, makhana and peanuts mixture in the plate. Sprinkle dryfruits like pistachio and almonds. Cut into your choice. Enjoy the mithai.
