  3. Heat milk upto a boil then simmer for 2-3 mins and switch off the flame.
  4. And now let the milk come to a hand bearable temperature. Then add mango and curd mixture, mix well and pour it in the pots where you will set curd.
  5. Cover the pots and keep it in warm, not so airy space for at least 8 hours to set the curd.
  6. After 8 hours when curd is set keep it in fridge for 3 hours and then serve the cold mango curd.
