  1. Soak tamarind for 30 mins
  2. Roast peanuts
  3. Grind peanuts, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, turmeric, soaked tamarind, jaggery.
  4. Prepare tadka by keeping oil in the pan, once the oil heats, add mustard and cumin seeds, once it starts crackle, add red chiili, curry leaves.
  5. In the tadka add the grinded mixture, add water and raw sliced onion. You can have pachhi pulusu with rice.
