  2. After cooling this add curd,salt,mix well,and add to the serving bowl.
  3. In another side,boil oil in the small pan add jeera, mustard seeds, dry red chilli,black pepper, ajwan, fry for a minute add curry leaves turn off the heat.
  4. Spread fried masala,toasted peanuts to the curd rice.
  5. It's ready to serve.
