  3. Grind the chillies. In a bowl add curd and all the spices. Mix it well.
  4. In a wok, add ghee. Heat it up. Add chilli paste. Mix it. Now add curd mixture. Cook them well for 2 minutes.
  5. Now add potatoes. Add cook for a minute. Add a glass of water. Allow it to boil. Mash some pieces of potato. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
