Cook until the mushrooms are just tender. Add remaining butter and olive oil. When Pasta is cooked reheat the sauce add parsley. Fold cooked pasta into sauce with chicken (and its juices) and arugula.

- heat oil in pan
- fry chicken. seal on one sude, turn. seal, turn and spice. add herbs and let fry till cooked
- add mushrooms and garlic. turn down heat and cover. let simmer till mushrooms softened. taste often and add salt pepper and hrbs to tast
- put pot of water on to boil. add oil to keep pasta from sticking, and salt. cook which ever pasta you like for alloted time
- onceushrooms soft, add cream. (note: add as much as the sauce you would like). stir the maizena/corn flour in with a little cream before adding to the mix, this will thicken the sauce. add as much as you need
- break up cheese and add. leave in low heat till sauce thickens and cheese is I corporated
- spoon generously over cooked pasta, pour yourself some white wine…abd ENJOY!
If sauce is too thick, add pasta water until you reach desired consistency. Add mushrooms and garlic, and stir to incorporate with the onion. When the farfalle pasta is al dente, add the spinach and chicken and stir until the spinach cooks down and incorporates. Add parmesan and stir until it's well-incorporated and you're left with a smooth sauce. Creamy chicken and mushroom sauce with feta cheese and parsley will work for any kind of pasta.
