Instructions to make Curd oats:
- Beat the curd with salt pepper and sugar properly.
- Then add a lil bit of water and mix in the oats. Keep it aside.
- Now for the tadka– add 1/2tbsp oil or ghee to a pan. Add in one pinch of hing. Add the mustard seeds. Let them splutter.
- Then add curry leaves, ginger and green chilli and peanuts. Stir up a bit and quickly add it to the oats mixture.
