- Taken 200 gms of Mushrooms
- Peel off the outer layer of the Mushroom skin and cut into pieces
- For Masala Powder. In a Mixi Jar, Add 1 Tsp Pepper, 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds, 1/2 Tsp Fennel Seeds
- Grind it into a Fine Powder
- In a Pan, Add Tsp of Oil
- Add 2 Tbsp of Ghee
- Once the Ghee melts, Add 1 Tsp Mustard seeds
- Once the Mustard splutters, add 2 Red chillis
- Add 3 nos. of Chopped Garlic pods, Chopped Ginger, Chopped 2 medium size Onions
- Saute the onions
- Add 1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder, Curry Leaves
- Saute well the Onions for 2 Mins
- Add Mushrooms and Saute
- Add Freshly Grinded Masala Powder, Salt to taste
- Saute and Cook it for 5 Mins
- Add capsicums
- Saute for 2 Mins
