  2. Take 1/2 Cup/60 gm powdered sugar

  4. Take 1/4 Cup Custard powder

  7. Get Pinch baking soda
  8. Get 3 Tbsp Red tutti frutti

  10. Make ready 3 Tbsp yellow tutti frutti
  11. Get 2 Tbsp Chopped cashew nuts
  12. Make ready 1 Tsp pineapples extract
  13. Make ready 2 Tbsp Milk
Steps to make Karachi Biscuits:
  1. Take butter (butter should be on room temperature) in a bowl, add powdered sugar and beat them on low. After sometime sugar gets melted and coloured turns whitish. Now you see the silky smooth texture.
  2. Now sieve all-purpose flour and mix in the paste which we had prepared in the above step. Now add custard powder (first sieve then add), a pinch of salt, baking powder, a pinch of baking soda and mix them well. Now you can see the crumble texture. Now add red, green, yellow tutti frutti, chopped cashew nuts and mix it well. Now add milk and mix gently. Now you can see the moist flour. Bring together and make a dough form. Do not knead. The dough is ready to use.
  3. Now roll cylindrical, wrap tightly with the polythene, close both sides properly and keep it in the refrigerator for 1 hour. After 1 hour, take out from the refrigerator and cut it into the thick slices. Now biscuits are ready to bake.
  4. Now preheat the oven. Place the baking paper/butter paper, keep the biscuits on the baking paper. Bake them 170 degree Celsius for 15 minutes. Now take out from the oven. Let them cool down. Now Karachi Biscuits are ready to eat. Enjoy the sweetness.
