- Prepare the Rabdi:- Boil the milk and add the condensed milk,kesar and cardamom powder
- Keep boiling till it thickens.Add the slivered nuts.Our Rabdi is ready,refrigerate
- PREPARE THE MOONG DAL HALWA -Grind the moong dal into a fine powder.
- Prepare the chashni by taking the water and the sugar along with cardamom and boiling it till 2 string consistency
- Heat the ghee and add the moong dal powder and cook till the raw smell disappears and the colour is changed to golden
- Add the milk and the chashni and whisk well so no lumps are formed.Quick the halwa till the ghee is separated and the halwa has turned nice golden.
- ASSEMBLING THE CIGARS/Spring rolls:-Take spring roll wrappers and place the moong dal halwa in the centre and roll like a normal spring roll
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the Cigars till light golden colour(after removing the spring roll from the heat,they still get cooked hence remove them when you see the light colour)
- ASSEMBLING IN SHOT GLASSES:-First place the Rabdi in shot glass at the bottom and sprinkle some nuts
