  1. Take pan roast cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves, fennel seeds, soaked red chilies and black pepper. grind it into fine powder.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoon ghee in pan add prawns, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and cooked till prawns done.
  3. Remove prawns in plate. Add grinded paste and 2tablespoons ghee in it and cook, add tamarind and cook till ghee over float on masala.
  4. Add prawns and cook till masala dry.
  5. Prawns ghee roast ready to eat.
