Instructions to make Whole wheat ghee laddoo:
- Dry roast all ingredients other than ghee and cardamom powder for ten minutes with continuous stirring.
- Now remove it from gas and heat ghee.
- Now add cardamom powder in ghee with all roasted ingredients.
- Now again cook it for another 10 minutes with continuous stirring.
- Now add sugar powder in it.
- Let it touchable cool.
- Now start making laddoos of desired size.
- If it became dry then add some melted ghee in it.
Wheat laddoo is an sweet prepared using wheat flour, ghee and jaggery or powdered sugar. How to make Wheat Laddoo: Heat a tava and roast the flour on it. Take care to ensure that the mixture does not burn. Do this right after the ghee is heated. Remove and keep aside until you require to shape the laddoos.
