The ingredients needed to make Foccacia:

  2. Get 500 gm Flour
  3. Take 20 gm Sugar
  4. Take 15 gm salt

Then mix everything together, this initial seperation prevents the salt from killing the yeast. Focaccia, a simple Italian flatbread, can be patted thin for bread with a lot of chew, or thicker for a softer bread. The drizzle of olive oil and scattering of herbs is key to the bread's delicious flavor. Transfer the focaccia to a cutting board and slice into squares.

Steps to make Foccacia:
  1. Measure all the ingredients by using weighing machine.
  2. Mix yeast, lukewarm water, salt & sugar in a small bowl and mix together to activate the yeast(as little froth will appear on top means yeast has got active)
  3. Now in a large bowl mix all ingredients require for dough formation and start preparing a soft dough. (any flavouring like basil, oregano etc can be added)
  4. As dough gets prepared, apply little oil on it and leave for resting by covering it with wet or samp cloth for 15-20 mins.
  5. Preheat the oven at 425°F or 220°C.
  6. Once the dough get rasied, knead it (by palm) and leave it for while.
  7. Now grease the baking tray with oil & give desired shape to the dough. Make some dimples in dough by pressing from your fingers.
  8. Do the desires topping & sprinkle grated Parmesan and mozzarella cheese with drizzle of olive oil on top.
  9. Place the dough on Bali g tray and allow it to cook in oven for 15 min or till golden brown crust form on top. Serve hot

Drizzle a touch more oil on top before serving, if desired. For best results, wrap the focaccia in aluminum foil and place in a sealed plastic bag.
