- Cover and keep it for 10 mins for second proofing.
- Preheat oven at 200 ° C for 10 mins.
- Now apply milkwash over the dough and bake it for 35-40 mins.
- When done take out and apply butter. Then cover it with samp cloth for 30 mins.
- Your soft and delicious Foccacia bread is ready.
