  1. Get Whole buffalo milk / whole cows milk
  2. Prepare Curd
Instructions to make Healthy Ghee:
  1. Collect malai daily from the milk add 1 spoon of curd to it daily and store in container and refrigerate.
  2. After a week or more take out from refrigerator, crunch in the mixer adding enough water. After few minutes you can see shiny soft butter forming.
  3. Take out that layer butter into thick bottom kadai, and boil it on low flame without mixing, after few minutes you can see yellow ghee forming. Filter with tea strainer and store.
