- Now add maida mix to ghee-sugar mix.Mix well to make a smooth dough.Leave for 5 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 8-10 small balls,flatten them.Give htem a milk wash,and garnish with some flaxseed in the middle of nan khatais.
- Preheat an oven at 180°c and bake thd nankhatais for 15 minutes.
- When nankhatais are golden, take them out,cool and serve with tea.
