The ingredients needed to make Focaccia:
  1. Take 240 g flour
  2. Prepare 2 tsp yeast
  3. Make ready 300 ml water
  4. Get 1 tbsp sugar
  5. Get 1 tsp salt
  6. Make ready Half cup Olive oil
  7. Get Garlic

Focaccia Market Bakery. (Chef's Note: This may seem excessive, but focaccia is an oily crusted bread. This is why it is soooooooooo delicious!). Put the dough onto the Liberally sprinkle the top of the focaccia with some coarse sea salt and lightly drizzle a little oil on top. Bake the dough until the top of the loaf is golden.

Steps to make Focaccia:
  1. Mix sugar and yeast with warm water and allow to activate. For 10-15mins
  2. Afterwards add salt and oil then flour and knead for 10 minutes.
  3. Coat with oil and allow to prove for 1hour. Coat baking pan and knock back dough and align in baking pan dabbed with Olive oil. Coat top with more oil. Chop Basil and garlic mix with more oil and fill into bread.
  4. Allow to prove for one hour and bake for 20min @170.
