  15. Get 1 tsp turmeric powder
  16. Prepare 2tsp coriander pwd
  17. Make ready 2 tsp garam masala,1tsp asafoetida,4tsp mutton masala(any brand)

  19. Make ready 1 Lemon juice
  20. Take 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  21. Get 4 tbsp yogurt
Instructions to make Mutton Ghee Roast:
  1. For Marination - Take bowl add mutton,ginger garlic paste,yogurt,lemon juice,pinch of turmeric and pinch if salt mix well and marinate for minimum 1 hr.
  2. Take hot pan add ghee,when is hot put cumin seeds and all whole spices,
  3. Now add garlic saute 2 minutes than add onion mix well,till golden brown in colour,
  4. Now add all spices,mix well than add marinated mutton mix well and add salt,
  5. Now cover it and cook for 10 minutes medium to low flame,than add tomato puree mix well add 1 cup water if required,and again cover it and cook with medium to low flame for 40-45 minutes,
  6. Check and stir in every 15 minutes,finally mutton is nicely cooked,ready to serve,Enjoy with rice,roti etc.πŸ’πŸ˜πŸ’›πŸ™
