  17. Make ready 3 clove garlic
  18. Get 2 tbsp soya sauce
  19. Make ready eggs mixture
  20. Get 1 egg
  21. Get 2 tbsp water
  22. Make ready 1/2 tbsp flour
Instructions to make Thai Spring Rolls:
  1. Prepare all ingredients,shred cabbage,sliced carrot,onion,clean bean sprout,dice chicken,ham,tofu,seperate into 2 bowls : meat and vegetables,soak vermicelli in water,chop spring onion( seperate from other vegetables ),crush garlic
  2. In large sauce pan ,heat vegetables oil or any oil you prefer,brown garlic,follow with meats,including minced pork,stir to mix,lets all ingredients cooked
  3. Add vegetables ,stir to mix
  4. Seasoning,add vermicelli,mix well,when vermicelli soft add spring onion,heat off and allow to cool
  5. Mix all eggs mixtureingredients ,use this to seal the rolls

  11. Deep fried on medium heat until golden ,make sure oil is cover all rolls
  12. Slice each rolls into 3 pieces to serve with Thai sweet chili sauce,if you not slice surely will burn your lips,hope you enjoy making this
