- Fry the spring rolls using a deep fryer or a pan with 2 in vegetable oil on medium heat. Once they're golden brown, remove them to a paper-towel lined tray to drain. Serve hot with your favourite dip (mine is chipotle mayo).
Tightly roll up the bread to form a cylinder; press the ends together to seal. Repeat with the remaining bread and potato mixture. Add half of the rolls and fry, turning occasionally, until. If I had to choose a favorite side, anything with potatoes would probably be it. But if you forced me to narrow it down further, it'd be a tie between french fries and mashed potatoes.
