  3. drain chicken on a paper towel
  4. add mozzarella sticks to fryer submerge in oil for about 1 minute and 30 seconds or until done
  5. drain sticks onto a paper towel
  6. fill fryer basket with seasoned fries cook another 2 minutes until crispy and done
  7. drain fries onto paper towel
  8. open the bun and place 1 chicken tenderloin inside top with half the fries stretch two mozzarella sticks out and place ontop of fries drizzle with marinara sauce close bun.
