The ingredients needed to make Focaccia:
- Prepare 3/4 warm water
- Make ready 10 g instant yeast
- Make ready 1/2 tsp honey
- Take 2 cups flour

Focaccia Market Bakery. (Chef's Note: This may seem excessive, but focaccia is an oily crusted bread. This is why it is soooooooooo delicious!). Instructions to make Focaccia:
- In a separate bowl mix water, yeast and honey. Pour yeast mixture into flour and add olive oil and mix.
- Once dough has formed transfer to floured surface and knead 20 times not more. Please dough in a greased bowl. Cover with cling wrap or tea towel and place in warm place for an hour. 45 minutes later, preheat oven to 230 degrees Celsius.
- After it has risen triple in size. Grease skillet with olive oil. Place dough and press down. Use your fingers to poke holes into bread. Generously pour olive oil followed by cracked salt and bake for. 20minutes till golden. Serve.
Focaccia is a blank canvas for delicious toppings, so feel free to experiment and get creative. This classic recipe's got fresh rosemary leaves (which get crisp like little herb chips in the oven!) and crunchy sea salt. But you could add sesame seeds, cheese, olives, sun-dried tomatoes.
