- Strain soaked kabuli chana to remove excess water.
- Add green chilies and garlic cloves to chana and grind finely without using water.

- Add oats flour as required and mix well. Consistency should be thick so that you can form tikkis.
- Add salt. Mix well. Give shape to tikkis as you like and deep fry them on medium heat.
- Serve hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
