- Take 1 tsp tomato paste. I use the type in a tube
- Take 1 tbs ketchup
- Take 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Take 2 tsp soy sauce
- Get reserved pineapple juice
- Prepare 2 tsp cornstarch
In a bowl, combine all marinade ingredients with the pork. Place the corn flour in a large bowl and toss the marinated pork chunks until liberally coated. This sweet and sour pork makes a delicious meal with hot cooked rice. The pork cubes are deep fried and then combined with a delicious sweet and sour sauce and vegetables.
Instructions to make Sweet and Sour Pork:
- Cut pork into bite-sized pieces and add to the marinade. Let sit for at least 30 minutes. Heat deep fat oil to 380f. Dredge pork in cornstarch and put into oil for about 2 minutes, drain.
- Just before cooking the vegetables, refry the pork @410f until lightly browned

- Add green pepper and onions and stir fry until tender-crisp
