  2. Add little by little water to make appam batter. Mix well.

  6. Now in appam pan add little oil in each hole. Add batter in each hole.
  7. Cook and cook for 2-3 minutes on low medium flame.
  8. Turn to other side using fork.
  9. Cook again for 2 minutes.
