- Line a tray with foil and grease with a little oil (I used coconut) set up a production line with your tray at the end nearest the crumb mix. Pre heat your oven to 180 or 170 fan c
- Dip a prawn into the egg then toss in crumb and pop on the tray. Repeat!
- Pop prawns in the oven for 8 mins. Turning once and popping in for a further 8mins. Check the rice has fully absorbed the water and turn heat off leaving lid on.
