- In another bowl grate all the cheese cubes.
- Take 1 bread slice, apply butter mixture (made in step one) on both the sides.
- Keep the slice on the grill pan or any non-stick griddle on a low flame.
- Spread grated cheese on the top of the bread and sprinkle small amount of pasta seasoning on top of it, cover and cook untill cheese melts. (Takes 4-5 mins).
- Once the cheese is melted and the bottom becomes crispy, remove it from the pan and cut as you desire.
- Repeat the process with the remaining bread slices.
