- Transfer to a large bowl cover it and Put this bowl into refrigerator for 2-3 hrs.
- Now after 2-3 hrs remove this mixture from fridge and make big balls.
- Fry falafel until it turn golden brown and crispy on medium flame.(takes time to fry).
- Serve it with hummus
- For Tanhini sauce take all ingredients and make a smooth paste into mixture..
- For hummus..boil chickpeas…drain water…
- Take a mixture bowl put chickpeas add tahini sauce + olive oil+ lemon juice+ garlic+ salt
- Make a smooth fine paste…texture of hummus and tahini sauce should be smooth creamy.
- Serve with hummus
