- Take 1/4 cup Soaked urad dal

- Take 4 shallots copped finely
- Prepare 2 tsp coriander leaves chopped

- Grind till dosa batter consistency.

- Heat the dosa pan and put 2 ladle of batter.. spread carrot, onion and coriander leaves before it cooks.
- Once it is done.. flip to the other side.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney
