Grated vegetables are mixed with flour and spices to make a soft dough and then the dough is shaped in rolls and steamed.   1. On a plate on one side take jowar atta, coarse wheat flour and besan. Add oil into. On the same plate add grated lauki, chopped coriander leaves and spinach. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, sugar, chilli garlic ginger paste and curd.
  2. Mix all spices and veggies well. It turns into a watery form. Now mix all flour into and prepare soft dough form. No need to add water.
  3. Prepare cylindrical logs from it. Steam into steamer for 15-20 minutes. Then cut into pieces.
  4. In a pan heat oil. Add mustard seeds. When crackles add sesame seeds. Add muthiya pieces and mix well. Stir for 2-3 minutes. Add lemon juice and mix well. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve with green chutney.
