  1. Wash toor dal properly
  2. Combine the dal and water in pressure cooker
  3. Add 1 tomato,2 green chilli, peanut,turmeric powder
  4. Pressure cook for 3 whistles
  5. Mash dal to smooth consistency add water
  6. Take a bowl combine wheat flour, garm flour, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriender powder, cumin powder, carom seeds,coriander leaves, salt to taste and oil.
  7. Mix well make sure all the spices are mixed well.
  8. Add water as required kneed well to make a semi soft chapathi dough.
  9. Dough is reddy now rest it for 10 min.
  10. Divide dough in 2 equal parts dust little flour and roll it out in thin circle.
  11. Cut the chapathi in midium diamond shape.
  12. Take a large kadhai put oil add mustard seeds, finely chopped garlic, ginger paste,cumin seeds saute it for a min. Add hing,curry leaves, dry red chillies,turmeric powder, coriander leaves, chopped tomato.
  13. Cook it on medium flame till the tomatoes become soft.
  14. Add cooked dal and mix well adjust the consistency of the dal
  15. Add salt according to taste, and add jaggery.
  16. Once the dal starts boiling add dhokli in dal and give a good mix.
  17. Now cover the kadhai and let it get boiled for 10-15 min till the dhokli cooked completely.
  18. Finally add coriander leaves and serve it hot.
