- Get 1/2 tsp Black pepper

- Add in the peeled and four halves potatoes. Add the salt, 1/4 tsp.when the potatoes are softened add the boiled flowers, without the water. Then add in the turmeric, amchur, and half of the bhaja masala or garam masala.
- Now, grate the 1/2 Coconut, and add it too. Check salt.Sauté 3 mins. Add in the pakoras/ baris and cover and cook at low flame till everything leaves a pleasant aroma.
- In the end, add the left, garam masala/ bhaja masala, and some more grated coconut and top it off with coriander leaves.
- This will go with, any rice but will make a heavenly pair with gobindo bhog rice. This might look a lil bit odd but tastes really good! Also it's a great option for ppl who don't eat onion and garlic on particular days or so.
