The ingredients needed to make Shammi Kebab:
  1. Get 1 cup Channa Dal
  2. Get 1 small onion
  3. Prepare 4 round Red chilli
  4. Take 1/2 Kilo boneless chicken
  5. Make ready salt
  6. Get Pinch turmeric
  7. Make ready 3 clove Garlic
  8. Take 1 inch Ginger
  9. Get 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  10. Make ready 1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder
  11. Make ready 2 tbsp Cornflour
  12. Make ready 1/4 Cup Bread crumbs
Steps to make Shammi Kebab:
  1. In a pressure cooker add all the ingredients except bread crumbs and corn flour and pressure cook till it’s all soft. Add just 1/4 cup water very little.
  2. Once all cooked make sure to dry the water completely from the chicken and mash it well.
  3. Let it cook down completely and crush it in blender or mixer. Add salt according. Remove to pan make sure it’s dry no water then add corn flour and bread crumbs and mix well.Add little coriander and mint leaves (just few)
  4. Keep it in fridge to set for while then make the shape and pan fry till cooked both side.Serve hot with squeeze of lime.
