Instructions to make Khichdi:
  1. Wash rice and remove excess water
  2. Add turmeric, garam masala, coriander, salt and sugar
  3. Heat oil in a pan
  4. Add hing, rai jeera, onion, ginger garlic paste and curry leaves. Stir until onion turns brown.
  5. Add tomato. Add 1 tbsp of ghee.
  6. Add the rice mixture.
  7. Add hot water to the mixture and let it boil.
  8. Cook the above mixture in a pressure cooker for 1-2 whistles. (Already water is boiled)
