- Heat 1 stick butter in a med saucepan then add sugars vanilla salt stir till melted
- Then add in oats and half the brandy hest for 1 min then remove from heat
- Pour both cans peaches into a Pyrex add blueberry and sprinkle cinnamon all over the top add the flour all over the top pour remaining brandy and spread pieces of the other butter all around.
- Then add the crumble topping till covered and bake at 350°F for 25 min.
- Let stand for 5 min before serving!
A Blueberry Peach Crumble turns out wonderful with with frozen berries. Frozen berries and frozen peaches work too (just make sure they aren't packed in sugar). Press mixture into crumbles with your fingertips and sprinkle evenly over top of peach mixture. Serve warm with vanilla bean ice cream if desired. Add butter, and toss to coat.
