The ingredients needed to make Whole Dabs:
  1. Take 1 whole dabs
  2. Take 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  3. Make ready 50 ml olive oil
  4. Make ready 1 bunch parsley, chopped
  5. Get 1 chilli, chopped
  6. Get to taste salt and black pepper
Steps to make Whole Dabs:
  1. Place the Dabs in an oven proof tray, add a little bit of olive oil so it doesn't stick.
  2. Place under a preheated grill for 10 minutes, do check it about 5 minutes in as its a very thin fish it will cook through quickly.
  3. In the meantime heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Add the garlic and chilli. Once the garlic has softened add the parsley, lemon, salt and pepper. Cook for a couple of minutes over a gentle heat. Stir regularly.
  4. When the Dabs is cooked gently remove it from the tray and onto a plate. Spoon the sauce over the fish. Enjoy
