- Marinate prawns with salt and turmeric powder. Heat oil in a pan. Light fry the prawns.
- Same pan fry chopped onions till they are translucent. Add ginger- garlic paste. Fry till the raw smell gone. Add chopped green chilli. Add salt, sugar turmeric powder. Fry a little while.switch off the flame. Add mustard paste and cream. Mix well.
- Marinate the fried prawns with the paste. Leave for 5 minutes.
- Fill the marinated prawn inside the empty tender coconut shell. Cover and seal it with atta dough. Cook in microwave high for 8-10 minutes.
- Let it cool. Enjoy it with steam rice
