  1. Add salt, turneric powder,red chilli powder,1/2 tsp black pepper powder to cuttlefish. Add egg white to it. Keep aside. Mix cornflour, flour,salt,1/2 tsp black pepper powder together. Coat each cuttlefish with this mixture. Deep fry into oil and keep aside.
  2. Add butter to another pan. Add onion, garlic and green chillies. Saute for 2 minutes. Add fried cuttlefish into it and Saute for another 2 minutes. Add rest of the black pepper powder and black salt. Serve hot.
