(Check consistency by having a little jam on the spoon and put it in freezer for a few minutes)
- Sterilized the jam bottle by boiling it for at least 15 minutes, put the jam into the bottle while everything is still hot, after that bring the jam bottle to the boiling water again for 10-15 minutes to complete sterilization.
- Let the jam bottles completely cool before keep in the refrigerator.
- You can enjoy Sweet and sour Mango Passion fruit jam with the toast or buttery delicious scones ^_^ (It also goes well with fresh natural flavor yoghurt)
