Lately I have been thinking of remaking one of my favourite dishes; Lemongrass chicken. Yes remake because I have actually attempted it twi. The flavors are amazing thanks to high-heat pan searing and the spices. Fresh garlic and sesame oil do wonders to the overall flavor profile of the chicken wings.

- When cooking shallow oil, Mid high heat. throw in the Chicken and sear it for 2 mins on one side until slightly golden brown.
- Flip them over Changed to MID HEAT, and sear them for another 3 mins. Flip them from time to time so it wont burn until chicken are cooked. Within 10mins should be cooked.
- Served Hot. Done. They can be skewered, Barbequed after marinated! So up to you!
