- #paneer bhurji- - Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds-1/2teaspoon and saute it. - Now add chopped ginger and garlic-1/2teaspoon and saute them. - Now add chopped onions-2 and saute them. - Now add chopped tomatoes-2 and saute them. - Now add turmeric powder-1/2teaspoon,black pepper powder-1/2teaspoon,coriander powder-1teaspoon and salt as per taste and mix well.
- Now add boiled green peas -1small katori and mix well. - Now add mashed paneer -1big katori and mix well on sim.
- #atta suji halwa- - Melt ghee-1katori and add cardemom seeds-2 and saute them. - Now add atta-1/2katori and suji-1/2katori and roast them on sim till they give fragrance and change their colour. - Now add melon seeds and mix them. - Now add water with dissolved sugar-about 1katori or as per taste my twist this time add lt it cook on sm till the whole water is absorbed add it beomomes thick and gooey.
