  1. Prepare 1/2 cup milk chilled
  2. Make ready 2 tsp dry milk
  3. Take 1 tsp soaked (overnight)mustard powder
  4. Get 1/2 cup grape oil/ cooking oil
  5. Take 1/4 tsp salt
  6. Take 1 tsp sugar
  7. Take 1/2 cup White vinegar
  8. Make ready 1/2 tsp mint powder
  9. Prepare 1 garlic powder not necessary
  10. Take 1/2 tsp onion powder
Instructions to make Milk Mayonnaise:
  1. Grind yellow mustard and soak it in vinegar overnight. Keep oil in freezer to chilled
  2. Now you can used ele. Blender or juicer jar of mixer. But blender gives good consistency
  3. Now take milk and 3 tsp oil, blend 1 min now add mustard mixture with vinegar and blend it
  4. Add remaining oil and garlic onion powder, sugar, salt and mint powder and blend it for 2 mins
  5. Check thickness, if it's thick no need to add milk powder. It's depend on ur quality of milk. If not much thick then add 1 tsp dry milk and blend it.
  6. Your mayo is ready to use from next day or if u like little bitterness can use same time.
  7. Can be store for week in refrigertor use
