  2. Get 100 gm semolina (sooji)

  5. Prepare 2 tsp cardamom powder
  6. Prepare 250 gm mixed dried fruits ( cashews, raisins, walnuts and almonds )
  7. Prepare 100 gm gond powdered and roasted in ghee

We have made our atta ladoo recipe with jaggery as. Atta Ka Ladoo is commonly made in every house hold with some variations. Steps to make Aata boora ladoos:
  1. First heat the ghee in a wok and fry the nuts. Set aside to cool down.
  2. Now in same wok roast the aata and sooji in ghee.
  3. It will eventually turn brown and aromatic… ghee starts to leave the sides.
  4. Add the gond. Mix well.
  5. Now turn off the flame and let this mixture cool down a bit.
  6. Meanwhile pulse the nuts in a grinder or food processor.
  7. Add the boora, cardomom powder and nuts to aata mixture.
  8. Roll them into medium sized ladoos when the mixture is still warm.let them sit in air for half an hour then store in an air tight container. Enjoy !!!
