- Take For kadai paneer
- Get 200 gms paneer

- Make ready 1/2 cup rice and 1tbsp sago soak it for 2 hrs

Steps to make Punjabi thali:
- To make kdhai masal
- Take a pan add black pepper 2-3 then add whole coriander seeds then cumin seeds and kashmir lal mirch 3-4 saute it dried until all the spices releases smell
- Then coarsely grind them keep it aside
- Take another pan add 2tbsp of ghee add cumin seeds, whole coriander seeds and chopped onion saute it for 2-3 minutes then add ginger garlic paste again saute it
- Now add tomato puree add all the spices and salt now saute it for 5-7 minute until puree releases the ghee
- Now take another pan add ghee 1tsp and cubes of capsicum, onion and paneer add kadhai masala 2-3 tbsp
- Now add these cubes of paneer and vegetables into gravy saute for 2-3 minute
- For punjabi kheer
- Take a deep pan add milk boil it for 45 min. Now add soaked rice and sago again boil it for 20 min.
- Check rice with finger if rice is cooked then add milk made,sugar and saffron strands boil it for 15 min
- Now add mixed dry fruits and cardmom powder
- Let it cool down and served chilled
