- Peel the sweet potato and cut into bite size pieces and set aside.
- In a small bowl mix together the soy sauce, honey, water, and vinegar and set aside.
- In a medium skillet or wok, heat the oil on medium high heat. Add the sweet potatoes and fry them until they are golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- Let the wok or skillet cool down. Then, add the potatoes back in and add the sauce. Simmer for about 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens. Toss to coat.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
