- Make a paste out of ginger, sesame seeds and pepper. I did this with a Nutribullet. I ground the peppercorns, then the ginger.
- Pat paste on all sides of fish.
- Heat cast iron pan over medium high heat.
- Add oil. Add tuna. Sear on all sides for only 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Thinly slice. Serve with ponzu sauce, pickled ginger and Wasabi.
- Meat should be rare inside. Enjoy! :-)
