  1. Get 1 tuna steaks
  2. Get 1/2 cup fresh grated ginger
  3. Get 4 tbsp Sesame seeds
  4. Get 1 tbsp cracked black peppercorns

Instructions to make Tuna Tataki:
  1. Make a paste out of ginger, sesame seeds and pepper. I did this with a Nutribullet. I ground the peppercorns, then the ginger.
  2. Pat paste on all sides of fish.
  3. Heat cast iron pan over medium high heat.
  4. Add oil. Add tuna. Sear on all sides for only 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  5. Thinly slice. Serve with ponzu sauce, pickled ginger and Wasabi.
  6. Meat should be rare inside. Enjoy! :-)
