  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Saute onions and garlic until becomes tender.
  2. Add squash and long beans. Cover and cook for 5 minutes Add coconut milk, chili pepper and fish sauce. Cook in a low heat, cover and let it boil for a few minutes.
  3. Add shrimps. Simmer for 15 minutes until the vegetables are cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
