- Make ready 1/2 tsp zeera
- Prepare 1/3 tsp Kalonji
- Get 1/3 tsp Ajwain
- Take 1 pinch turmeric powder

- Take 2 tsp of mustard paste and mix with 2 tbsp or more to make a running batter.
- Heat a pan. Add the mustard paste batter. When it starts boiling add the cooked Bhindi from the microwave bowl and lower the flame.Cook for 1 min or till veggies soft. Add the soaked dried mango with water and a pinch of sugar.
