- In the same kadhai again add the rest of ghee.Shredded raw turmeric and stir fry it..add gram flour(besan) and start roasting the flour continously while stirring at low to medium heat till get light golden brown in colour and aromatic fragrance of roasted gram flour start rising.Flame off and let it to slightly cool
- Add powder sugar, Cardamom powder, roasted seeds and combine the whole mixture wih the help of a spatula till well incorporate each and every thing with roasted gram flour add lotus seeds(makhana) powder to set the consistency of the besan mixture as it can bind in the shape of ladoos as required
- Start binding small-small laddos out of the mixture.Prepare all the laddoos with same binding process taking the help of your palm
- Your besan ladoos in our punjabi Rasoi(kitchen) are ready
- Garnish with some sliced pistachios and serve in a plate or store in a container
